Vivek Oberoi is son of Bollywood veteran actor Suresh Oberoi. Ram Gopal Varma introduced Vivek to Bollywood with the movie Company (2002). Company was a block buster and gave over night stardom for Vivek Oberoi.
Saathiya was another hit for Vivek in the same year. In 2004 he has acted in comedy movie Masti, which did very good job at Box Office. He has received rave reviews for his performance in the movie Yuva (2004).
In 2005 he has appeared in thriller Kaal (2005). Omkaara (2006) was another block buster in his career. In Shootout At Lokhandwala he has appeared in negative role. He has received IIFA award for that role.
Present he is busy with Kurbaan and Ram Gopal Varma's Rakta Charitra.
